What is the Job Queue?

The Universal Job Queue is the heart of Quick Ping. It's a floating panel that appears on the right side of your screen when you browse job sites, automatically collecting and analyzing every job listing you encounter.

How It Works

The Collection Process

  1. Automatic Detection: Quick Ping detects when you're on a job listing page

  2. Job Extraction: We extract key information: company, title, location

  3. Queue Addition: The job is added to your queue for analysis

  4. Background Analysis: We check your history and gather company data

  5. Results Display: Status indicators appear within seconds

Power User Tips

Open multiple job tabs, then review them in the queue all at once. Quick Ping will analyze them in the background while you focus on the best opportunities.

Use the status filter to focus on green (new) opportunities, hiding companies you've already applied to.

Use keyboard shortcuts to quickly navigate through your queue and mark jobs as applied.
