How It Works

The Scan Process

  1. Connection: You authorize Quick Ping to access Gmail (read-only)

  2. Initial Scan: We search for job-related emails using specific keywords

  3. Pattern Matching: Our AI identifies application confirmations, interview invites, etc.

  4. History Building: Companies are logged with dates and status

  5. Continuous Sync: New emails are checked automatically
